The design we are using, 3Dverkstan, has undergone review in a clinical setting by the US Department of Health and Human Services (NIH), and is recommended for use. It is tested and approved by staff all over the world, including Columbia University Medical Center/New York-Presbyterian Hospital staff in the US and Kingston General Hospital staff in Kingston, Ontario (Queen's University) who are currently using hundreds of them.

3D PRINTED HEADBAND FRAME

The current 3D-printed headband frame we are supplying to hospitals and clinics in the GTHA is the "3DVerkstan - North America (6 Hole)" model.

To make the complete Face Shield, the headband frame is then attached to a laser cut plastic sheet that we are producing. Assembly takes under 10 seconds!
